With the years the have been going down the drain. It used to be better.

I ordered chicken skewers and ended up with pork sticks. I called back and the man said it was not what I ordered. In addition this famous plate comes with rice, fries and salad. Overcooked rice with frozen vegetables, a "salad" with good iceberg lettuce not fresh and coarsely chopped red onions "thats it". The only thing that was "edible" was the tzatziki sauce which I had nothing to eat with because I never had my chicken kebabs.

Disgusted ... I order chicken wings and pizza ... first the girl had the area lost well stiff and did not have the area to understand what I asked her and then the delivery girl arrives 1:30 later with zero cooked wing that I immediately throw with a pizza not even as I ordered ... would be the first and last time I order at this place: /

Passable greasy pizza. Do not take the poutine, it looks like they poured a glass of water inside. The cashier was as happy as painting in a hospital

Worst customer service I have received in my life. I was put on hold on my first call and 5 times thereafter, including one where I was never answered. Just taking my address seemed incredibly difficult for the girl. I finally NEVER received my pizza, without explanations, even after calling at least 5 times to find out what was going on, completely disorganized management, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ANSWERER, nobody called me back.

They say close at 3 am when it is false at 2 am it is closed.

Good pizzaria

I arrived at 12:30 am on a Thursday evening, the employee was sitting outside vaping, while poking on his cell. The door was open, all the lights on, and he just told me it was closed. When I pointed out to him that it was to close at 2:00 am, he did not even deign to answer me. I don't know if the owner is aware of this.

Good pizza, excellent price quality, courteous and prompt service. Never had a return or a complication. There was once an error and it was corrected quickly and courteously. Rating taste is in my top 10

The Surprise Pizza's pizzas are all excellent! Some complain about the customer service, which is not entirely perfect, but the quality of the food overcomes these problems. You absolutely must try!As for the owners, they are really nice! The prices are already good, and they make additional discounts for large orders scheduled in advance with them.Also, there is a wide variety on the menu, so everyone can eat something to their liking!

More than an hour of waiting to receive cold food with error in the order ... In the end paying a price far too high for what I received. I don't like to make bad comments but this time the experience was too disappointing. Unfortunately I will not recommend this restaurant and I will not recommend it either. Having seen the reviews before, I would not have ordered.

The worst service on the phone, the poor education of the man who assisted me. My request was not that I order it. When I made my complaint, he told me to come and get your pizza, I will never buy it again.

Very very poor experience! Buy a small pizza, get a bambino. Ordering liquors that comes with the chosen combos, receives no liquor. Order club sandwiches, receive club sandwiches all "garocher" in the box with almost nothing in it. Also receives pitas (2) which had not been ordered, a small fries also received without being ordered when we had ordered a poutine. We call the restaurant and we are told that we ordered pitas, a bambino and club sandwiches, but that on the bill there was nothing of that and that an hour before when we called the woman reminded us of something minutes after calling to ask for our order again.

WoW! This restaurant accumulates ridicule. No house vinaigrette. In fact, an overly grilled submarine in which we forgot the vinaigrette (I swear, no vinaigrette or sauce) and especially without cheese. I did not know that the cheese and the dressing should be requested as extra. An extra bacon club sandwich in which the bacon was removed but to which extra fees were added. Chicken wings served without fries or salad unlike the menu. It was my last experience and the worst part of it was that I remembered despite the fact that a week before I had just been forgotten! I waited until 3:30 am to realize that people were just laughing at me. It looks like a joke from a bad movie. Really ... wow!

Really disappointing the receptionist ama hang up on the nose so what did not know ceais what a foccacia gratin aujoudhui 10:24 pm so honestly I have work in restoration and as the first call to your restaurant when we just arrived here I am sorry but it is a big lack of respect in to the customer .......: '(

It's okay. Nothing amazing.. but not, too horrible either. The lasagna is not that great, it's more of a pasta with cheese in the oven. Nothing about it to me makes it a lasagna. The pizza is also just okay, I have had much better.

Ok .. Slow service for a pizza point and a small frit .. Besides, the frits were not at all salty, very dry and frozen. Pizza with a crust not edible so much that it was dry while it is my favorite part .. I wish I had a little more quality while other pizzerias can offer us 100x better for the same price ..

I often order pizza when I have guys' nights at home and yesterday I called Surprise for the first ... and last time. The delivery man left with an extra $ 20 in addition to the $ 5 of tips I gave him. Also, I asked for bacon on my pizzas and none of them had. Oufff degeulasse! Order super cold soft fries a chance we had brownies it was the only thing that was good! Total disappointment after at least more than an hour of waiting. The chef (the boss) with an arrogant voice told us how his not good and hangs the line in the nose HEY MÉCHANTE SURPRISE .... SURPRISE PIZZA .. completely rotten

1h30 waiting for a delivery that was incomplete and cold on arrival. According to the receptionist, it was the owner who made our delivery, he was not speakable and tried to make us believe that "it's not him it's the restaurant". When we told him we knew it was his restaurant he was visibly upset and gave us a 1% discount (!!!!) lip service. Very bad service, never could !!! Besides, it's not even good!

I ordered, had errors (on the menu it was written that it included a salad in two places.) The girl my estiner that there has never been but that yes it was listed on the menu. Very bad service, and tasteless food. Money in the trash. False representation.
